What is my ROI?

Measure how much time it takes you to run a search on SAM. Then how much time it takes you to read the solicitations, pull all of the secondary resource links and ingest all of that knowledge. Then include all of the time it takes you to learn about the proposal authoring process, what the response must look like, and what the response sections are supposed to include. This should add up to weeks of your time, time that is better spent asking questions of the contracting officers, and talking to your bidding team about compartmentalizing your capabilities.

I hear AI can be sneaky, can others see my narratives?

Sneaky is as sneaky does. We are not sneaky about how the AI is used. Every match is its own session, and we do not keep sessions around for replay. That's why you pay for matches, because we have to pay for them too. This means there is no bleed of your narrative statements to other customer sessions. Your narratives are also encrypted in our db, which means our admin personnel cannot willy-nilly look at your narratives without going through our admin oversight application.

What if I don't like the results?

We don't guarantee satisfaction because your satisfaction is a direct function of the narrative that you provide. Remember that Navy training: Garbage in, Garbage out. Make sure you take the time to construct a good and thorough narrative. We can help you with that so that it doesn't seem like you're writing in the dark. Once you do a couple narratives then you will see how to communicate with the AI.

Do you have a free trial?

The account is free, but the services are not free. Our pricing is low enough that your risk is very small. Plus we offer you help with the narrative, which will get you up to speed faster. The account you make does not require a credit card or any payment information. You will be able to make an account and see what our premium application looks like. Without funding, though, you will not be able to make queries or matches.

What is the per-user price?

We don't charge per-user. This service prices on a consumption model, so you only pay for the things you consume. We come from the video game world where in-app purchases are how money is made, not on accessing the basic program. You can add all of your staff to the service and they can all use Ask Uncle Sam while you have the entitlement active.

I'm not good with computers, help me?!

You made it this far, we are certain you can make it even farther. The system is very easy to use. You just make a narrative, setup your API keys, and do a search. Once you have your list of solicitations for the match, just feed it to the AI (just click and go).

Why do I have to pay for storage?!

Storing your results, along with the solicitation and its resource links is going to take alot of disk space. Nothing is free and we are not running a non-profit. The price you pay for storing results means that not only do we not have to roll that into the query costs, but that means you will be careful about what you save in our system. Less stuff to monitor for cyber means a happier life for all of us.
